30 years of teaching experience; 12 years of teaching in universities.
Since 1998 she has won three international programs and visited the United States: 1998, March- April - The USA, Mississippi, Yazoo City, The Exchange Program “Open Doors”, MCID, Information Agency of the USA; 2002. June-August - The USA, Washington, D.C, California. As a National Winner of the Teaching English Awards, ACCELS, for the Excellence in Teaching English and American Studies;
2004. October- November she took 8 students and one teacher to the USA, NC, winning SSEP 2004-2005.
As for other seminars and workshops she has participated different kinds of seminars as “Developing writing”, “Teaching Listening”, “Teaching writing”, “Spoken English”, Various weekly seminars of developing language skills, and such seminars as “Language and civil society”, ”Innovated Use of Information Technology in English Lessons”, “Developing the Principles of Democracy in school management”, “Oral Speech”, “ Grammaring”, “and many others, held by ACCELS and the US Embassy; Present Day Problems of Teaching English, US Embassy., Institute of World Languages of Arabaev University. (paper presentation) CATEC, Issyk-Kol, June 27-30, (workshop presentation); Symposium: American Studies: Theory and practice. New Techniques of Teaching English- Workshops for the young English teachers , March 10, (2 workshops); Summer Camp for the Village Teachers (10 days Seminar for the young village teachers), Osh, June 29- July 9 (as a trainer); Two-day Training Workshop Seminar for the Village Teachers of English “Multiculturalism and Tolerance in the Class and Community”, Uzgen, April, 2006; Annual International Teachers of English Conference “Learners Without Borders”, Issyk Kul, Kyrgyzstan, June 28-July 1, 2007;
University English Language Teaching Workshops by Carol MARSH: 1.Using Vocabulary logs to Teach and Test New Vocabulary, (February 14, 2008, Bishkek Humanities University, Bishkek);

She was a Trainer at the JFDP Alumni Project “Writing Skills Training Series Center”, Bishkek, September 20 – November 20, 2010. ACCELS have published her teaching materials under the title: ”The Academic Writing, How-to Guide on academic writing.”
As an interpretor she participated in the Aga Khan Humanities Project (AKHP) for Central Asia, 18 – Day Seminar “Interpretation of Art”, 2002, Bishkek; and The Christensen Fund (trips of Senior Staff), 2004, 2005, Bishkek.
İn 2010 she has publishe three books: 1. Methodological book “Starter Level Writing; Sentence structure”; 2. Short Story Collection for analytical Reading (Reading for students of ELT and ELL Faculties),
3. ”The Academic Writing, How-to Guide on academic writing.”
